ideally where some staff have personal lived experience of caring for an adult or older person living with a long term / chronic mental or physical health condition or experiencing these things themselves.
We believe, there is a strong incentive for organisations to invest in employee health and wellbeing.
Workplace wellbeing is a major challenge for many organisations. Work-related stress, anxiety and depression accounts for over half of working days lost due to ill health in the UK.
Let our artists work within your wellbeing programmes to inspire, maximise and support employees mental health and wellbeing. We can set up arts-based wellbeing sessions for your organisation – whether you are a private, public or third sector organisations.
We will build a purpose led partnership with you where we encourage your workforce to think creatively, be flexible and engaged. We can shape creative well-being programmes with your in-house team that provide year round engagement between you staff and our creative team.
We can provide the focus for your ambitious charity-giving activities helping to reach you fundraising target through staff-led activities and events. Regular communications, including in-person, will motivate your staff and explain the impact of their contribution to our beneficiaries.
We’re grateful too for corporate donations, pro-bono support, and other partnership working which might fall under your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment. Administrative skills from staff in legal, HR and marketing are always in need in our charity. Payroll giving, staff fundraising and Charity of Year initiatives are very welcome.
Companies are entitled to tax relief on donations made to registered charities. Donations are paid gross without the deduction of income tax. The donations are deductible from your company’s total profits in the year in which the donations are made. This means that charities do not reclaim tax from HMRC in respect of company donations.
