All these projects are open to new participants, turn up for a class and join in.

A gentle seated dance and movement class for those with limited mobility. A fun and relaxed session to get you moving along to your favourite tunes in the morning.

Is a gentle creative movement project for adults and older
people who may have Parkinson's, Dementia or Alzheimer's, led by 2
professional dance artists and involves refreshments, relaxation and
social time.

A singing and music group for adults in Bathgate. Come along and sing your favourite songs and learn to play a musical instrument, no experience necessary“Engaging with the music group has helped me to improve my mental health through creative thought and collaboration with others. Also, at the end of each group session I walk away with a sense of achievement.”
