A gentle seated dance and movement class for those with limited mobility. A fun and relaxed session to get you moving along to your favourite tunes in the morning.

Is a FREE gentle creative movement project for adults and older
people who may have Parkinson's, Dementia or Alzheimer's, led by 2
professional dance artists and involves refreshments, relaxation and
social time.
